I don't know if we would have enjoyed the visit even half as much if we hadn't done the tour. However, the air conditioner filters need to be serviced and the living room tables have unsteady legs. The front and back porches are great for relaxing. We were here for 2 weeks in February. It's in the best location of Key West, just a little hard to find the very small street but just because we got there late night and we had to go pick up the keys by ourselves and find the place by the map, other than that everything was perfect. We arrived mid-day after walking to here from the cruise port and were just in time to get tickets and join a guided tour. Maid service brought towels daily but didnt change beds during our stay.
