I did this on Windows 10 - version 1709. I do not get sound but however the program realizes that I have plugged stuff into and out of the jacks and also the green bar in windows sound is playing when there is supposedly supposed to be sound. The weird thing is though is my motherboard has RealTek onboard but when i went to go change the source from windows, I noticed that I was seeing a different picture for the driver.
